I remember as a kid I would go caroling with some of my friends..It was sooo much fun...ahhh..the memories of it all..oh well..times have changed..

You never see people say at the market, bank whatever WITHOUT a cell phone attached to their ear...

You never see people looking words up in the dictionary, EVERYTHING is via computer now...(ok,so I'm guilty of this)

You never see X-mas carolers (spell check, this is where I need that dictionary)...

I suppose it's like with anyone you first meet...Personally, I tend to hold my cards close to my chest initially...
But with that said, I have met alot of GREAT people on here..Trust?...ummm..(twisting hair) not sure about that, too early and it is difficult online..but there are a few that I read between the lines and some of how they post I trust..

My experience was Guilt...won't go into any details..but I was punishing myself by not going out..cutting people off..

I have been where you are right now...I wouldn't go out for 2 months...ok..with the exception of going to the market, I mean, I needed toilet paper REAL bad, and that was a HUGE ordeal for me to even to that...Anxiety sets in, etc;..what worked for me, I just took one step at a time, went walking around my block, then got in my car (this took a couple of weeks) and ventured out and actually went to a movie...It isn't easy, but once you continue to do these things, it becomes second nature where you don't think about it at all...I shut myself off from EVERYONE back then....but you can overcome this...
My thoughts and prayers are with you and I KNOW you will prevail..

I flew to Arizona a couple of times to meet someone..It was awesome..still great friends...Also flew to Virginia, also great experience, still friends with both guys..

It's all relative....like I mentioned earlier there are different levels and depending on the individual, definitions on what "love" means....
for me I was referring on using the "L" in context of saying "I Love you"...I can't...won't say it in that context....only once did I tell someone I loved them..and it was worth it..guess I just haven't found that "someone" to say it to...
OH, and I Love chocolate covered cherries too!!..

I am not into the "hustle and bustle" with the shopping thingy!!...it over stimulates me, what, with the crowds...just isn't my cup of tea...I haven't even been to the mall in 2 months...stayin' clear away from that mad house..

On that note however: I wish everyone here and their families a Merry Christmas..

I don't have a problem spending holidays alone...this is my 2nd X-mas alone and actually I'm looking forward to it..I'm going to take a bubble bath, give myself a pedicure and manicure...facial ya know, all that "girly" stuff...maybe curl up to a good book..then if the "mood" strikes me maybe catch a movie...see, I have something to look forward to..
