I agree with what you said..
Sometimes it takes several years before some people figure out what they want verses what they don't want... Sometimes some people just have to "try it on" to see if it fits first..(degree, job, whatever).. It is a sad thing to see/ hear people who judge others' by that piece of paper, or more letters after your name, etc;.. Your right, when it comes down to the wire it's all very simple actually, WE tend to make it complicated..Just Be HAPPY!!.. It's that simple.. I wish you the best, and Happy New Year!!.

Thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers..
MsTeddy...I hope that you are doing better and am sorry to hear about your demise...makes me feel less isolated in my current situation....thank you for sharing.. I will go to church tomorrow and hopefully they will be able to give me some direction as to where I could find resources to help me until I get on my feet again... I can't help but think that it could always be worse....that helps me put one foot in front of the other.. Well, at least I'm starting the New Year with a clean slate..can't go anywhere but up from here.. Hope Everyone has a Safe, Healthy New Year!!.. Take Care, Me..

Hi..
I've never posted a thread before...But right now, I'm at a place in my life where I guess I just need to send this to anyone who will "listen".. I don't consider myself a "religious" person..I don't know, maybe that is one of the many problems?.... After today, actually the 3rd..I will be without a home, without money, and after today, without my dog...I'm taking him to the Humane Society because I can't take care of him...I can't find him a home...This saddens me beyond belief.. I lost my job..I have no immediate family to turn to.. OK..Maybe this would be considered by most of you a "Pity Party"...However, that isn't my intent... I've never asked for anything... I think what I'm doing right now, this very moment is asking for prayers...I'm sorry for a depressing, maudlin post...But, the good thing is you don't have to read or respond.. Just asking for prayers or something from a Higher Power to help see what I need to see.. To help me feel what I need to feel.. To help me see a sign?...I don't know... I just want to be a good person..Is that asking for too much?.. IF I don't respond, please please don't be offended...I'm leaving in 45 minutes to take my dog to the Humane Society.. Besides, I'm not asking for responses....Just prayers.. Thank You All...Just for taking the time to read... Michele...
