From what ive found out being on here a few months that being nice gets u nowhere

What I need is... eventually, to make a friend of a women that I fined attractive and let that friendship blossom into a compatible life long love. Lots of fun bedroom activities, outings, road trips, and memories to be made.

I got a hug from this tall chick this morning. I was just sitting there in the smoke shack listening to her vent. But this morning she was all decked out with makeup. She didn't have any bruises or black eyes. I asked her how her husband was doing and she said she didn't know because she hadn't seen him in a week. She was telling me how happy she was to be able to wave at her friends and just hang out with the girls. She said she didn't have to hide or avert her eyes when she saw a man. It is just amazing the transformation she has went through since the abuse has stopped. She said the only thing that bothered her is that she can't sleep because he isn't there. I was telling her to have a radio or television going; Open up her house to lose the cave effect; and explain to her what she was going through was just cultural shock because she was alone. I have been explaining to her that loneliness is a choice. She said the only real thing that was bothering how was getting her water turned back on. I about freaked out. I mean this stuff just doesn't happen to me in real life.

Now that took a sharp left, eh? ...keep the kahlua,
but share the vodka, and I'll share the Jose.

I'm a sucker for tall men, but I've given the exception for guys that are close to my height. I don't want a guy shorter than me because I don't want to be looking down on him.

Met a girl a month ago, things have been great ever since meeting. Her Christian convictions are important to her so I'm respecting her and not rushing anything, so far I've allowed her to set the pace of everything.

We've been talking about this relationship being serious and it going somewhere, we want each other forever blah blah blah... This weekend she visits family in AZ and I'm sick throughout most the weekend so we don't talk much due to me being sick. Sunday came around and I'm feeling better and try texting her regular stuff "how are you?" she didn't respond til hours later that night.

saying she needed time alone to pray, think, evaluate, plan and needs to share some of it with me soon. She also mentions needing to make some changes in her life, prioritize more, focus more on important things. She has some concerns and needs things right in her life. She got a reality check spiritually... things need to change...

What did all that mean? she said she'd talk to me but it's been a day since she's been back from AZ and she hasn't talked to me! Give her space or should I insist on us talking?
