Actually, I did escape the slow death that is suburban St. Louis. I
would kill myself if I had to live in the suburbs. I am so not that "Mr and Mrs and 2.5 children" wife. What's funny is when my ex moved out, I didn't even have to have the city utilities put into my name. Someone told someone who told someone, and voila, the bills started coming in my name and not the ex's. |

The most "in" mom at the grade school weighed 400 pounds; she wasn't
pretty, funny, interesting, or nice. She had just lived here the longest. She was the queen bee. We moved out here because the ex didn't want to cross a certain bridge to make the commute into St. Louis where he worked. Now that we are divorced, guess where he lives? Like 5 minutes away from that bridge, and I am stuck out here in the sticks. |

I literally cannot count the number of e-mails I have sent guys on this
site and NUMEROUS others that got NO response. Not even a thanks but no thanks. Dozens and dozens and dozens. This is the nature of internet dating. It comes with the territory. Grow a thick skin and enjoy making friends and having fun, because 99.9% of the time, that is what you will get--fun and friends, but no dating connections. Sorry!
