The parent has to teach the child about not being a slob.
This isnt something they learn much about in school. Its kinda similiar to finances, communication and relationships. We dont learn how to successful at these things as kids in our school system. |

Its hard coz most men (women too) are uneducated about your disability
or disabilities in general. Society is getting better for an all inlcusive world but its a slow process. You have to be patient and explain to them that you are normal. |

a pre nup to me is like an insurance policy.
i have been divorced once, not sure if i will marry again but i am young enough that it is a possiblity. Of course i will consider a pre nup. Common sense tells me i dont want to lose what i have worked hard for. |

the housing market is the ****s in the States is it. Wow that sucks.
Here in Canada its on fire. Most of the provinces have watched their houses sky rocket in value. Prices just keep going up. With interest rates so low and mortgage options, so many more people are entering and buying homes over renting. The economy is doing well here. The Canadian dollar is hovering just over 90 cents and the employment rate hit all time lows recently. |
