I agree with davinci. It really does work.

St. John's Wart is not always the best way to go......I mean yes, it
does work, yet I have not tried it...I've heard from others that it helps, but mostly for depression. Some people can't handle it, but it might be a good choice to at least try it. Talk to your doctor first though and DON'T let them pressure you into popping pills........Yes, there are many medications out there that will help you with this..Lord knows I've tried a few......But, that's not always the best way to go. |

You might need some counseling hun. If it is really bad you need
to get some help... |

if your anxiety affects your daily living and quality of life there are
medications that may help. See you doctor for advice. |

I tried counseling but the thing that did it for me was Zoloft..
anxiety is a form of depression and it isnt easy to control.. .Even with the medicine some things are a struggle like appointments and such.anxiety can also be heriditary. hugs to you. |

Nobody else will tell you this but... If you listen to your ears
carefully it will calm you. Don't listen to your heart or your mind, just let your attention go to the area of your mind that hears, and listen to the close and far things and think about how they sound. |

If its persistent and keeps you from being able to function normally,
see a psychologist. An anti-depressant could help a lot. Otherwise its all in your mindset. |

Learn some breathing techniques. Yoga always have ways to do it. If you
can learn to center yourself and concentrate on your breathing you will calm down. |
