it would be good if Bertuzzi came back. The wings would even be stronger
up front. i dont think the old veterans on the wings can keep up with Buffalo's youth, skill and speed. |

pucks, i think the wings have enough young guns to stay with the sabres,
plus the added benefit of experience and leadership..its a nice blend amongst the team..now next year could be a different story..we shall find out as it unfolds..god, i love playoff time!!

Somebody said Bertuzzi is washed up. He Had two points last nite and the best Detroit forward in this game. I have watched him play in Vancouver. Before that crap went down with Moore he was a great effective forward. Lets keep the Moore incident out of this thread. This is a Cup Final thread. |

wings killed the flames with total puck possession and demolishing them
in shots. WoW. I am amazed this series went 6 games. The only reason was Kipper standing strong for the Flames. Vancouver knocked off Dallas. They could be a sleeper team. Detroit will have to play their best to beat them, which i think they can. Luongo is another great goalie to challenge Detroit shooters. Will be interesting to see Bertuzzi against his old teamates if these teams face each other. |

ah...yep, but first things first...san jose in the past always seemed to
give detroit fits...but i don't think so this time..not to discredit the sharks, but the wings seem to be coming to their peak now, especially with the big win in game 6..my only concern is the travel...(crap, i'd love to see the wings in the eastern conference)....but i'll take detroit in 5, this series |
