Can it still be a one night stand if the woman stays for 3 days

met this woman I met online for coffee after we had talked on phone and Skype d several times turns out we were in the same yr in high school,then after a while it dawned on me that we had dated in high school, this woman cheated on me twice and I later found out she was a drug addict and even giving it out to the male gym coaches, so that was my worse internet date.

Its all good and well to know what one wants in a mate but I' would just like to interject a word here, compromise, I have found as I'm sure many others have we usually wind up with the person we never thought we would, we never really know until it happens whom we will fall in love with I literally couldn't stand both my ex's when we 1st met, I believe love don't just happen, takes work compromise and a lot of soul searching, if it was easy then everyone would find love the 1st time, but anything we place a great value on we should have to work for it.

Why be so general, why does anyone cheat I can only speak for myself as I never have or even thought of cheating.
Why would want another headache when the one is enough

I never understood this concept of happy endings, maybe in books and movies in life we have both, happy times and sad times,its really the sad times that mold and empower us, anyone living in fairy tale land will always find disappointment in life, no there is no happy ever after, there are periods of true bliss and happiness but hey this is real life.

Real love is unconditional love, sex is a byproduct, being in lust being in love to myself are two vastly different things,Love can start off as fireworks then settle into a slow simmer, real love is of the heart, of the soul, lust is fleeting.

In my own experience dating younger women, majority seemed to have daddy issues, not all but most, I would think a lot of women would be uncomfortable
dating a man so much younger, not saying you are this way OP, but in majority of this type of relationship, not having much in common due to a vast age difference, and if the man has mommy issues it usually will present major issues (this would apply to either sex, marrying someone older, but then again the heart wants what the heart wants if u do pursue this type of relationship make certain it is for all the right reasons, I myself have a threshold regarding age. myself being 55 yrs I would date nobody under 45, been there tried that.

Thank you all for your replies its appreciated, yes I did mean I am open to expanding a friendship, not sure that I really want someone to date per say in romantic terms, just more someone to hang with I haven't had a female friend in some years, I think I prefer friendship at this time.Mostly I miss a females outlook and point of view, also I have always found women more articulate then my male friends I feel more at ease discussing subject matters I would never consider discussing with my male friends, majority of them are a bit dense anyway seems to go over their heads, lol.
