This is for both Men and Women. Tell us your most awful internet dating experience you have had so far...... 1. Mine was, meeting a beautiful woman at a restaurant and having her show up with her husband. I just up and left without a word. 2. Not a date yet but....corresponded with a lady for a couple of weeks and got along great, I thought,....All of a sudden one morning there was a message saying F..k off she is my wife, you effen ............That was the end of that. Wow! That sound like horrible experience! Mine was when this gentleman show up with a dozen of red roses and expect for me to have sex with him one week later...I told him I must be lonely but no desesperado for sleeping with somebody right away. So we stop talking |

Years ago I met a nice woman from Canada and after some time she flew down to Tampa to meet me. Well when she got off the plane, she was hammered. I thought, ok, she was nervous maybe from the flight or just in meeting me, so I didn't think much of it. We had a good time, good sex and all that but as soon as we woke up the next morning she started drinking again and by noon she was inebriated. I tried to brush it off saying, well she is on "vacation" and wants to have a good time. But this continued with heavy drinking from the moment she'd wake up until she passed out. I felt obligated to spend time with her since she spent the money for flight etc but it was a terrible experience and one that I learned a lot from. If your going to meet someone from a long distance relationship..make the first meeting a short weekend just in case it doesn't work out

..but have had many chances to become a bride and move to India hahahahahahahahahahaha How lucky are you :-) Okay so I met this guy online, finally agreed to meet, even though I had absolutely no interest he seemed sure I would after we met. Uh huh. So we agree to meet at a restaurant abut 10 miles south of where I live..we will wait outside for each other, all is well. I get there about 15 minutes early, park right in front.. and wait. Time passes, no show..finally after half an hour I am done so I go into the restaurant to use the facilities. There he is...fuming...'how dare you be late?' I said, 'I have been waiting for half an hour and we had agreed to wait for each other outside.' 'Well, I had to take some pills, then proceeds to show me his watch whcch dinged the alarm 4 times during lunch, to take pills..and he was pissy the whole time. I was silent as he then told me of everyone, apparently, he had ever dated, oh and they were always on time and who did I think I was..ad nauseum. Gagged down the food and ran. Away. was waiting for the "lived happily ever after" |

The knucklehead that greeted me with "Geezzz you are really tall!"
He knew I was 1.78m and I take it a 49 yr old would know how tall that is? Maybe he expected me to shrink in the car? Had no social skills at all, I had to keep the convo going, just being polite, cos he'd driven some 3 hrs to meet. Then he said he wanted to see the ocean so at least he hadn't come over for nothing. That's when I got up and went home. I knew he wasn't for me the moment I saw him from the car. But you can at least have the decency to have a drink together, maybe even a nice afternoon. After all we're adults. Guess some have some growing up to do still. |

Yep ... last year had another one ... not quite so bad though, just a no-show. He was supposed to take me out to dinner. Thank god my intuition had already told me he wasn't going to show, so I'd been smart enough to eat before I left I only went out to make sure, in case my intuition would be wrong. Which it wasn't. |

I don't think I would have lasted that long. He would have had his salad in his lap as I walked out. I know huh, but he seemed to be really sick hahahahaha |

well there was the guy who was a DJ for weddings and events who spoke in his Dj voice all thru dinner in restaurant..
then tried to suck my tongue out of my mouth when we went for a walk in the park there was the guy who lied about his age by at least ten years just divorced who talked about how he had the hots for the new college intern at his office there was the guy who came over for thanksgiving dinner and then asked is he could spent the night there was the guy who met me at a restaurant and spent the next four hours griping about how he found emails about his ex cheating and talked about how he was stalking her |

It wasn't someone from here, but years ago I met a lady for dinner (she and I had talked on another site). To say it was horrible would be an understatement. She talked the entire time. I maybe got in ten words in the whole two hours we were there. When we left she had the nerve to inform me that "we" would never work out. I freaking laughed at her and told her to have a nice life.
