If two people are interested in each other, but there's about a ten year (or so) age difference, who should make the first move, or does it matter? In short, I personally feel the lady should. I'm tired of putting myself out there, only get shot down because she suddenly doesn't feel the same way. |

If two people are interested in each other it shouldn't matter who makes the first move. If I am interested in someone, I have no problem making the first move. Heck, the worst that can happen is he says no thanks.

Eh, the only way I'd ever make the first move is if I was drunk. So I don't drink around men. LOL

I don't care who makes the first move, as long as it isn't me.

I was fixed up yesterday evening with a 'blind date' of sorts...my g/f and a male friend of hers were talking...they were the go betweens for myself and this guy Mark...they gathered the initial info for each of us...then I made the first move and called Mark...an hour later we were sharing a pizza and a few beers, many stories and lots of laughs. 4 hours later I returned home with memories of a very nice evening. We enjoyed each others company and agreed to go out again.
Sleepless...this guy was glad I took the initiative and called him...he said otherwise it would have been another evening home alone with his dog! |
