Topic: Cosmetic Surgery to improve yourself?

Apart from cosmetic surgery needed as a result of health issues and accidents. There is cosmetic surgery for both men and women to enhance appearance, everything from Face fillers to Boob jobs to Butt lifts. Is it something you would do, have already had done, or are you happy with what God gave you?

I'm fairly happy with what "God" gave me, although sometimes I wish I could get a brain enhancement.

I am happy to stay with things as they are. Now a brain enhancement, that would certainly help my memory these days.

I haven't done any cosmetic surgery yet (although I've done botox to the frown lines a couple of times). But if I had a lot of extra cash, I'd definitely get some lifting done (for body), as long as it looked natural. When it comes to the face though, I'd be a lot more cautious about doing anything permanent. But ask me again in ten years.
