On this post you can say anything good or bad about this subject.
A few of mine is for one is that even though you send a letter or whatever in our city to another resident here it has to go to San Antonio to be processed and then comes back to our city. The second was recent that the Christmas card I sent my brother a week before he did come down he didn’t get, $75 worth of gift cards gone (he lives in San Antonio) and I tape all my letters but some scumbag postal worker must of felt them and set it aside to open later. Sure it’s a federal crime to open someone’s else mail but they have to be caught to actually get in trouble. To any postal worker who does such things even though hard times have fallen on us all it does not give you the right to steal from your customers and without us you wouldn’t have a job. Shame on the person who stoled from my brother, nephew and niece! |

which is why I send money to my family members with a service like Venmo or Cash App.
I don't use the USPS unless there is absolutely no other options. Overpriced, underperforming bloated privately run government organization (boy is that a oxymoron if there ever was) |

If you're going to send something that's expensive, send it registered mail.

I don't really understand the topic but I like the post office to send out mail. I'm not having any problems with mail.

They may think nobody is watching but they’re wrong God is so remember that. |

That is terrible sorry to hear that happen to you Julie!
They want to transfer our mail to Chicago or St.Louis to further it starting January. I pray that does not happen most people won't like that either in my area because we live in a small city and need our mail to get where it's going Quickly. Anyway, People should never send money are gifts in mail where it can be cash by anyone who opens mail in post office. I know you may already know that but sometimes People still do. Many Post offices need employees. So many are retiring and others just leaving for few years now some people do not want to Work. I notice all ages out shopping and eating out when I go. But I am retired and do not have a 9 to 5 for years. |

I like the Post Office and do alot of Mailing there and had a few problems in past with mail not getting where is supposed to. Important mail but it all worked out. Just a few times. So I depend on Postal service often here. Checks that have been made Out to a pacific company can not Usually be cashed by others. I do not use Pay Pal.

My mom’s aunt had issues where the postman would leave mail for the people who lived on the street behind hers and she would take the mail to them and at first they didn’t seem to happy about it so she went to the local post office and told the person behind the counter about it cause it became a regular occurrence and the worker knew who she was talking about so it seems she wasn’t the only one who complained about it. If something gets our mail and it doesn’t belong to us and know the person then I would give it to them personally but otherwise I put it in the outgoing mail slot. |

If you're going to send something that's expensive, send it registered mail. When I was mailing mortgage refinance papers, I sent them registered. They signed for them. Then said they 'lost' them all. Had to redo everything and they did not give back the fees for it. |

Myself when I send money to my grand daughter I send it through my bank through the money transfers they offer.. Much easier and she gets it instantly...
Since she lives out of town it is how I get her BDay etc. money to her.. |

I'm the person that sends letters to my sister in the mail from the post office. I send cards. I send recipes. I like getting mail back. Is that so bad?

I really don’t see no issue sending out mails but I just prefer to send money through Zenmo or cashApp I only have PayPal but my bottom line once again is I’ll wait until he comes and hand it to him but this year I’ll have to double up on the amount to make up for last year. Hard lesson learned as thieves can be working class too. |
