I think when people didn't getproper attention to the one who wanted to spend whole life with you .there the people cheat

Personally I think it's about insecurity as well. I know someone who cheated because they thought they were cheated on which just oozes insecurity. All in all I think all forms of cheating ultimately expresses insecurity.

I think the best thing to do when one gets cheated on is just be thankful. They made the decision easy.

One should never compromise about cheating. Once it happens the relationship is dead and not worth pursuing anymore since the trust is gone and will never fully heal, no matter what course is taken.

Just another chapter in the book that ended which means a new one begins! It'll hurt for a while of course, the betrayal that is.
But it will never be the end of the world.

Either they don't believe they are good enough for the relationship or they don't value what they have.

There must be as many reasons as people who cheat. All you can do is find out if your new date is looking for the same kind of long term relationship as you, have a long courtship, if they are going to cheat on you it's better to find out before you marry and not after. You need to know each other very well before taking such a big step as marriage in my opinion.

People cheat just because they can !!!

I think introducing yourself to a group by whining about your ex is an attention grab.

People who cheat on a serious Partner engaged or married is just a cheater.

Another reason either dating or marriage is that they’re not happy in their relationship or marriage. I do know a joke related to this issue: 3 men are in front of Saint Peter and he says to them “I’m going to ask you one question and however you answer it that’s what kind of car I’ll decide you’ll drive”. He asks the first guy “did you ever cheat on your wife?” The 1st man replies “yeah, yeah I did a lot” so St Peter gives him a small car, he gets in it and drives off. St Peter asks the 2nd man the same question in which he replies “only once” so St Peter gives him the mid sized car, he gets in and drives off. St Peter asks the 3rd man the same question in which he replies “no I never did” and St Peter congratulates him gives him the SUV car, he gets in and drives off. A week later the guys driving the small and mid size cars see the guy driving the SUV on the street corner crying, they get out go up to him and ask what’s wrong. He replies in sniffs saying “I just saw my wife and she was on a skateboard”.
