Man , it wouldn’t surprise me if he did sentence him to jail time just to keep him off the campaign trail. I really think it is a cooked up plot to keep him pinned down. From George Soros to Alvin Bragg to judge merchin, starting with orders from Biden team…. This judge has no credibility or integrity. ‘ Let’s stop Trump , no matter what we got to do.’ I think like all the rest of the democrat false allegations against Trump this to will pass. Once a court of real justice gets this appeals case not another bitter Trump hater judging others…I wonder if he’s starting looking over his shoulder yet.. might be wise.

Before you start posting threats against a federal judge, I'll remind you that even if the judge gives Trump the full four years in prison, Trump won't report prison before his appeals have been exhausted, which won't happen this year, and that's even considering that Trump has almost nothing to appeal on. Judge Merchan knew he'd be carefully scrutinized so handled the case about as well as anybody could. Trump's the dope who misdirected his attorneys and made his situation worse by threatening the judge.

Nobody to blame but himself.

You accused me of threatening a judge and Trump for the same. Are your feelings that fragile that you view anything that doesn’t counter with your way of thinking as a ‘ threat’ .. you are as unrealistic as the fools that say Trump will be a dictator. .. People with sound minds know better than to believe anything coming from the democrats talking points. After four years of made up charges and constant lies about a former President that makes the current President look like a doddering deranged idiot. 80% of Americans have no trust in the Biden justice system. The only thing this judge handled well was his thumb on the scales for the prosecution,…

Dude, you're the one who typed "I wonder if he’s starting looking over his shoulder yet.. might be wise."
What was that supposed to mean? Do you even read what you post here? (If not, it helps explain all the misspellings) Saying that a judge should be "looking over his shoulder" is threatening. Of course, in light of all your other nonsense, it's just more of the same.

Lol, you are losing it man. ( I wonder) meaning some folks are pissed at this judge. And someone may think to hurt this judge as a payback in their mind. Where was your rage when all the Hollywood dolts were calling for Trumps assissination, or his beheading.. every one of your rants make you sound so pety and vindictive, over what , who the hell knows. TDS would be my guess. I hope you can literally survive November 5th, and that’s not a threat.. LOL…

There was never a threat against Biden , only Trump was threatened by the democrats, and I have no lack of judgement, you just take every little thing and try to make it look like a extreme thought. I am concerned for your lack of ability to let yourself believe the obvious decline of everything we Americans value. And I really can’t see what Biden does that makes you think like 1/3 of the people that want 4 more years of the crap we have now… just saying..

Many people on this site keep twisting the words of Trump to make him look like he’s not a strong supporter for the military. He built up our military, gave them raises, and kept them out of anew war. Compare that to Biden’s so called support of our military. 1st. He fired many for not getting a vaccine that was mandated out of speculation , a flip of the coin. 2nd he enacted the camp Lejiune act two years ago for victims of drinking tainted water to get compensation for their medical payments, but not one claimant has got any money, and 100s have died waiting for this government to start taking care of our own instead of the illegals. Biden is no friend to our military . He has lost his ability to think clearly on his own , is this the guy you feel comfortable with making quick decisive decisions, if we were attacked within our borders, because we very possibly have the terrorists cells here again just like 9/11..

Maybe I don't see the decline because I just live in the country and see what's around me. Unemployment levels are at their lowest in my lifetime. I drive to work on fairly crowded freeways and shop in stores and malls that are also crowded. Things are obviously going well. Record profit levels are driving up inflation, too, but that's being worked on, and this Administration actually has courses of action in the works, unlike the last guy who mostly just promised "beautiful" plans to come in "two weeks." But feel free to share your source for the "1/3" statistic you keep citing.

Remember that 9/11 happened partly because the Bush Administration ignored the intelligence reports calling out Bin Laden's impending attack. It was the Obama Administration who finally got Bin Laden, years after Bush gave up.

As far as Trump being good to the military, I never saw it. Sure, pay raises came with the cost of living increases, but that happens with every presidential administration. Weeding out the idiots who are too scared to get vaccinated just makes sense. Anybody serving in the military already gets a dozen other inoculations, but those dopes fell for the baseless claims passed off by Trump and Fox "News." I say good riddance to them. Biden signed the bi-partisan PACT Act and it's working. Over a million claims have been approved.

Your classification of those soldier’s show just how obnoxious and low you are…and BTW ( a little insite you haven’t heard I’m sure). The pay raises aren’t going on with the Biden presidency, the White House is fighting the bill on the floor now that would increase pay to military personal.. one thing that is so fake with you is you post things that you hear on those left wing propaganda stations and you don’t hear anything that might make Biden look less than what you guys give him credit for. And when you are ignorant of all the facts you sound fake .

Also, I do follow veteran matters, as I'm a veteran myself, and while I am in favor of a 19.5% pay raise over the regular 5.5%, I can see where people trying to balance the budget may want something less, but whatever. It's Congress that pays the bills. The President only signs off, and a veto on that is unlikely.

But go ahead and keep pretending that Trump was all about military, because you heard it from a Conservative radio host.

The White House is fighting this. If it does pass Biden will not sign it as law. .. Trump called the leaders that got us in that war suckers and losers just like the top dogs we have now . Blinken , and Milley and the other suckers and losers that bungled the afghan withdrawal . The fact is less and less people are standing with Joe because he’s a train wreck , and the American citizens are the ones that are paying for his far left policies and agenda… I think it’s safe to say “ stick a fork in him, cause he’s done..not a threat to actually stick a fork in him..

Don't know where you got that conclusion, but it's clearly not from the article or Kelly's book. Here's a key paragraph that lays it out:
"A person that thinks those who defend their country in uniform, or are shot down or seriously wounded in combat, or spend years being tortured as POWs are all ‘suckers’ because ‘there is nothing in it for them,'" Kelly said of Trump. "A person that did not want to be seen in the presence of military amputees because ‘it doesn’t look good for me.’ A person who demonstrated open contempt for a Gold Star family — for all Gold Star families — on TV during the 2016 campaign, and rants that our most precious heroes who gave their lives in America’s defense are ‘losers’ and wouldn’t visit their graves in France.”

It's not the leaders with amputations making Trump "look bad." It's not the leaders getting tortured as POWs, and Blinken is State Department--not Defense.

Also, what makes you think the Afghanistan withdrawal was bungled? Because the suicide bomber killed a hundred people? Because equipment worth $billions was left behind? Maybe you forget that the US military extracted 120,000+ people and left equipment that would've taken years and tens of $billions more than it's worth to remove, and most of it was broken or obsolete, anyway. And stopping suicide bombers is nearly impossible outside the most controlled situations (Ask me how I know).

Yes because someone in the Biden chain of command gave a don’t fire order when told of suicide bomber in site at abbey gate… yes how many months was there to plan for removal of military equip. , something other than surrendering it over to the enemy…or maybe it was the people hanging off the aircraft as it was taking off.. and to this day the administrations official ruling is ( successful without incident.). No one serious is under that assumption…. And there are still plenty of personal left behind to this day , but Biden has forgotten them and privateers are getting out those left behind by Biden… I’m not interested in you opinion of suicide bombers.. Kelly’s book was about $$$ , he would have printed anything to make Trump look bad for his book so you dems would eat it up.. if he’s so anti military, the military personal , not the coat and tie establishment in the White House or pentagon. than why do the like him so much… because it’s not about who you like as much as it’s about Who is gonna get the job done for you.. and that’s where Trump comes in to play..

Not sure which cartoon you watched to make up your mind, but even after extensive review, they found that the attack could not have been preventable at the tactical level.

Lol… so are you saying after a extensive review by the left leaning investigations they found that 13 U.S. service men could not be protected from a suicide bomber as a result of Biden’s dangerous exit plan. It was a plan that was rushed and not well thought out. Ultimately it was Biden’s plan.. that’s what most folks understand without a investigation..

From my Army training, I say that nobody could have prevented a suicide bomber in a crowd that size. But if you better, tell me how they could pick a suicide bomber out of a crowd of a tens of thousands. Marines had snipers positioned around ready to take shots.

Preparing to deploy to Afghanistan, I went through months of extra training about handling crowds and special cultural aspects specific to the region, and I wasn't even military police. We were notionally "blown up" several times due to not following particular rules. We only handled groups of around a dozen, and short of isolating each person behind barricades, each notional bomb "killed" at least 3 people, and we had all the space we needed in that training range. Outside Abbey Gate, I doubt they had more than a couple feet of space to work in, and that's how one suicide bomber killed hundreds of people. No reports say the bomber identified himself before detonating his device. Didn't wear the device outside his clothes. Didn't show anyone his detonator. Nothing. What are the Marines to do?

Afghan personal got word from other afghan forces personal down the line. Remember , our soldiers depended on the afghan allied personal , made friends with them and trusted the intel coming from that source. The bomber was identified as a bomber to the U.S. troops , word went out to higher ups of a potential bomber in sight as a highly suspicious target, but stand down order was given. Our generals should never gamble our soldiers lives when everything points to something bad happening… hesitation is as bad of a policy as appeasement . Two of Joes favorite forms of negotiations…

That "highly suspicious target" was mentioned in the report I linked above, and was not the bomber, but just some suspicious-looking guy, and he didn't warrant a bullet by the decision of the commander. Turns out that commander was right.

13 soldiers died after being told to basically don’t defend yourself , and you call that response the “ right call” .. dereliction of duty is what it really should be called…
