This guy should be facing supenias and trials like Trump if we had a honest and fair judicial systems . Joe had top secret documents at his homes and other places not secured. In order to remove these documents from the White House these documents have to be unclassified, but since the President is the only person that has the power to declassify documents. Joe being a senator and Vice President should never had those documents in his possession. This president has done more to destroy the American way than any president before him and he is being applauded as the savior of our country by the morons in the media and the moronic Americans that hate Jews, think men can have babies and to f’n lazy to hold a job. There is a s no way for the america we know or used to know to succeed another four years under the democrats rule. They will completely destroy what makes us the greatest country in the world…

As a Senator and Vice President, Biden did have lawful access to classified documents. He probably generated some of those classified documents, but since NARA and DOD had no knowledge of those documents, nor asked Biden to return them, they clearly weren't as sensitive as the stuff Trump kept from NARA and the FBI, and the laws against mishandling classified documents specifically require knowingly committing the crimes. Trump knew he had his docs and the FBI has video of his staff moving the boxes of them around to avoid getting taken by the authorities. Jack Smith now has co-conspirators ready to testify that Trump knew and directed his staff to break laws, while Biden, by all accounts, immediately turned over his classified documents and gave authorities free access to his properties to look for more.

You went on about a lot, so I'll just include:
1. Biden's done lots of things for the economy. He got $trillions invested into the infrastructure and US Manufacturing. Even his Ukraine aid mostly US-made weapons and ammunition sent there.
2. What do you even mean by "the deep state?"
3. The Green New Deal isn't a thing. It never even came up for a vote, and Biden didn't propose it.
4. Eating less red meat may be healthier, but it's not a Democratic position, much less Biden's.
5. Electric vehicle mandates are not a federal thing. It's just a few states and more than a decades away.
6. The most criminal cities are in red states. It's not on Biden..
7. Biden didn't open the borders. That's just a Republican talking point.

Everything you said has been debunked . The only person with the power to declassify a document is the president… For a document to be removed from the White House it must be declassified. So how could Biden legally have classified documents in his possession . At least Trump said he declassified the documents he had. So in his mind those documents were allowed in his position and he was dealing with NARA during that whole dispute. I like how you are privy to none of the real facts pertaining to either one of these issues but you claim that Biden is not guilty because he ‘ probably’ didn’t know that he was committing a crime , then you say that since Trump ‘ knowingly’ committed a crime makes your argument invalid..how do you know what Trump was thinking.. clearly a bias tilt in your explanation…. Yea his support of Ukraine is a facade . 2. Having been a military intelligence officer in the US Army for 9 years, I can assure you that classification and declassification comes from any of several sources, and POTUS is just one. Sure, he can get documents declassified, but he isn't the only one, and the process isn't instant--despite saying he can do it by just thinking about it, that's not correct.
3. If Trump de-classified anything, then that document's classification markings have to be removed, and reviews have to occur if the document covers national defense or reveals methods or sources, people in charge of that have to know, too.
4. If Biden committed a crime, then identify the crime. Maybe you just heard about this through some Conservative blogger, but the laws don't say what you seem to think they do.

Extortion, bribes, many instances of I’ll gotten gains from foreign sources… Neither Trump or Biden have been convicted.. yet. But new evidence of Biden raking in millions of dollars for no performed services is very suspicious and a investigation should be supported by both sides..corruption shouldn’t be a one party issue.

OK, neat. Where's the evidence? It's easy to accuse from the anonymity of an internet forum, and you're pretending Biden is more criminal than Trump, while Trump's facing almost a hundred charges and up to decades in prison, while Biden has yet to face any actual charge. There are no bribes found for Biden. He's never taken a payment from a foreign source while in office. You know the Republicans in Congress, and especially the Trump Administration have looked into it, and they've got nothing.

Back to the topic at hand, the mishandling of classified documents, and while neither Biden nor Trump are being charged with mishandling the documents, Trump stands accused of "Retaining and failing to deliver" the documents, conspiring to obstruct the investigation and lying to the FBI. Where is your source that any of that was debunked?

The Only reason Biden hasn’t been charged is because of Joe Biden and the democrats have weaponized the DOJ to conceal and deny the many allegations and the evidence that obviously links Joe Biden with bribes and influence peddling .
