I think so but most likely in a group setting rather than one on one. If you're killing it in a group setting there's almost a leader/alpha quality to it where you're commanding everyone's attention. On a one on one situation hearing "you're so funny" is like hearing "i just put you right in the friend zone".

I see what your saying but it is obvious by the way a woman tells you you're funny as to what their thinking by their body language. You know if you're in or out on the spot. As far as online goes there's no way to tell what the hell people are thinking. At least for me. |

A good sense of humor is definitely a big plus in anyone, and more so in a partner. I, personally value it highly! However, I have known people who can be humorous but fail to appreciate the other person's humor! This can really create problems. Also where, intentionally, or otherwise sarcasm is blended with humor, things can turn bad!
All said, a good sense of humor is something I appreciate a lot. |

Laughing together creates intimacy, especially when they have made you laugh so hard and you are both laughing till you both cry. It is raw and real and creates a great connection. it would depend on other qualities,
but consider meeting someone with no sense of humor.... For me a sense of humor is a requsite, but only one, of a few others. Also, doesen't the laughter start after the clothes magically fall off? |
