I have to agree with this...

some men fear rejection hence the hesitation... women know this . I like women who make the first move , sometimes ....off course , open and frank communication is a must !!!

Women also fear rejection. It's quite logical as in matters of love we feel more vulnerable because it's more important to us than anything else.

It's not so much a matter of communication, what should come before that is making an effort to understand the difference between how men and women are wired.
Communication will fall short without an understanding of that.
And what I see with many men on here is that they do not have that understanding, nor an interest in getting it.
All they do is ridicule woman, which shows their own lack of insight and possibly intelligence.
They expect us to be like them, not understanding that we are made to be different so we complement each other.
Thank goodness there are some guys who do get it.
