poor Cutiepie, all work no play

Since it's evening... nothing but chilling and watching a movie :)

Working then getting a thank you bag for good work done during pandemic!

Tell me about it. I worked Saturday and Sunday did notes on computer. Cooked, had dinner, went to bed and work again today. I support myself so I am glad to have a job.

Cleaning lady coming over in an hour. That'll eat up most of the afternoon.

Coffee with a friend at my fav cafe...🤩🤩

Cleaning up in the front bedroom upstairs, after I've had my shower and lunch.
I want to get rid of all the boxes with shawls and gloves, and cloths to make clothes etc.

Recording a meditation vid for my channel as I've decided to post one each Wednesday.
I can check it off

Making soup and probably an easy, Scotch Eggs.... since I have all the ingredients already...

I use Italian sausage meat and crumbs... both for flavour !!! And you ???

I do them in different ways , sometimes just plain with egg sausage meat and breadcrumbs
Or sometimes these variations
a mix of sausage meat and mince meat
Sometimes with herbs in the sausage meat
A layer of cheese over the egg before I put on the sausage , if using grated mozzarella I either mix it in with the sausage meat or put in on the inside of it before I wrap it round the eggs .
Or a layer of either bacon, salami , pre packed chicken / turkey , Ham , thinly sliced frankfurter sausages , egg slices , wrapped around the eggs or cheese and pickle or just pickle ,

I like doing different variations , and usually do a mixture of different ones when I’m making a batch .

OT: making scotch egg with Ham slices, as suggested...... its what I have in my frodge !

I'm not even dressed yet, so I gotta get on with it, hihi. Get dressed, vacuum the floor as I want her to mop it.

Really not looking forward to it but I'm always happy when she's been.

Shower, go to the chiropractor, shop for work pants, cancel my planet fitness membership, stop by my phone service provider, go to lenscrafters to have them fix my glasses, grocery store, start laundry, continue packing...

Not much, haha!

Oh, and cook dinner.

I am working and then coming home and doing my notes on my computer. Then I will go from there.

Plan to go for a long drive today ...

Work. Installing a laminate floor for a customer. It's rather nasty, I have to shuffle furniture while I do it.
Then I have to go look at a house for possibly buying and flipping for another customer/friend. Right now, I don't like it from all the photos I've seen of it. It's on a postage stamped sized lot, in a questionable area, near the worst school in the school system. And they want too much for it. Why am I going? To talk my friend OUT of buying this joint!
There is another I found. It's built on the style of- "Lets stick this on here". It's gutted to the studs inside. (halfway) Has a water heater that isn't hooked up. No furnace. It might have a working well. The roof is there. Has new windows. Needs to be sided. And is about 400 feet from a busy railroad track. But it's 80% less than the house we're going to look at.

(And, I'm laughing like mad as I describe this place to you all)
