Nope, never. Why should I make the effort when they obviously didn’t? If they have an empty profile then how would others know if they could be a potential match? None of us are mind readers and most of us don’t have the time to spend exchanging emails to find out. this. also, all the empty messages (just "hi" and nothing else) will get insta deleted. Either they're not a real person, or they are mentally challenged, in which case talking to them would be redundant anyway. |

It will be better if the website has some settings that users need to fill up the information in order to set up an account. I think it wasting a lots of time when see so many profile are empty. People might need crystal ball to foreseen their ideas match, lol. Empty information, no go! |

That's usually what happens when I start to say, "Hold my beer. Check THIS out!" They never end up having a paw free for the beer. |

Hi, guys! I figure out that there are so many guys have empty profile without any description. Some guys are not interested to read the profile and just say hi. I don't response to a person who don't even put some effort to write something. Will you response to a "hi" message when someone doesn't even read your profile and their profile are empty? In my opinion, a picture speaks a 1000 words, if you have lots of photos of yourself enjoying the things you do, that is what most people want to see. A few lines about yourself as well, but you don't need to write pages, it they are interested from your photos there is plenty of time to learn more about each other. Even a "Hi" is OK for me if they have at least some photos in their profile. |

Exactly what i have been trying to figure out why some individuals would not like to write down something about there selves at least to avoid some unnecessary questions,Its not right or funny.

Many scammers are using other person's pictures. So I think it's important to describe somethings on profile. |

In my opinion most people are more visual, they have to like what they see and if they are not attracted by what they see, then it really doesn't matter how much you write about yourself. However, I agree on what you say, because I have read some really attractive profiles in the past that have had no photos. Sadly, because of shortage of time, when people scan through 100's of profiles they only look at the photos, then hopefully read the profile of those of interest, that's why I believe the photos are more important in attracting attention. |

I am mainly here for the forums so I don't care about profiles unless I know them!

Why do people bother to register with an empty profile
|

I used to reply back to almost everyone that wrote to me, regardless of their profile. Some don't even care what I have to say. This really happened recently. A guy asked how I was. I replied back, "Not that good. My father just died," (which was true) and his answer was, "that's nice, so what are your hobbies?" I just shake my head about it now.

yes I will not reply them if that's the case. I will ignore them.

Like a Playboy magazine, I don't read. I only look at pictures. Seriously it will have to be an exceptional profile with numerous photos and a well thought out write up to make me answer a message I get that has only a hi or hello in it.
