I try not to judge a profile based on its content.

A lazy message gets a lazy reply from me and vice versa

Wonder how people having profile without description thrive

Nope. On here I don't read any message on here anyway, UNLESS from someone from the forums.
But I'm not here to find love, which is in my profile. If they didn't read that I don't feel called to reply.
I don't block, I don't see the point. I just check all messages and delete in one go. Again, not from active forum members.

I am on another (Dutch) dating site for love and if someone doesn't have a photo, I'm not interested.

Nope, never.

Why should I make the effort when they obviously didn’t?

If they have an empty profile then how would others know if they could be a potential match? None of us are mind readers and most of us don’t have the time to spend exchanging emails to find out.

I’m Dennis nice to meet you pretty :rose:I’d like to know more about you,Where are you from ? Are you married? Do you have Kids?

Not everyone with no description is a scammer some want you to ask them

Perhaps true Korina but it's pretty suspicious IMHO. Plus, it dumbs down conversation. Like many/most, I have some "criteria." A blank profile puts me into a question mode that some could seem like it's an "interrogation."

Plus, not having anything in your profile devoids and shortchanges the *other person* of any "hooks" or conversation cues/starters.
