Not sure who to contact about this, but now there's 4 members that told me they couldn't PM me. Got the message I first had to contact them again or something.
Please help resolving this. My PM box isn't full, I always immediately read messages, so I don't get it. Cheers! |

Only thing I can suggest is check to make sure that somehow they did not get blocked~~

Crystal, I'm not able to message you either. The only thing in my inbox showing are the messages I sent you, all your responses are gone. When I tried messaging you this morning, it said I needed to wait until you messaged me first.

I still have all of yours, even from over a year ago as I've never deleted anything from our exchange. I've contacted ppl via the link Kristi gave. Wait and see. I'm glad I now know because including you it's 4 people I know of that cannot contact me. I checked a few others that I have been in touch with, same thing: my half of the conversations has gone. As if I've been erased, haha. |

I have a figure 1 (one) in my mail informing me there is new message in my mail. When I check my messages there is no new message there. I messaged support this morning about this, asking them to remove it for me, as I have had this problem before. They informed me they know about this and there is a bug in the system. They haven't removed the figure 1 what I asked them to as it is annoying to say the least. Has anyoe else had this problem???

I still had the issue this morning so I mailed support again and thankfully I don't have the problem now. Thank you for your quick response Support
