I have yet to finish the Moon Stone Circle. I had to let it dry before I can continue with it :)
And I don't mass produce. I'm an artist but I don't just do paintings. I also write, and often am very busy with my card readings and inspirational videos.
So it depends on what I feel inspired to do and create.
Painting is not my main focus, nothing is really. I am multi-faceted, hihi.

But... as soon as there's an update of the painting I'm working on I will post it :)

Here's another one that also needs to be finished off. I got stuck, but I know now how I want to do that last section :)

It's Amazing How Hard You Work .Do You earn out of your Paintings?

Every now and then. I don't market it enough to be honest. I'd wanted to do that with the new range I started in 2016, but I haven't enough paintings in that range yet. I can't share any of those paintings here because of the PG thing. They all have functional nudity.

Been a while since I painted but this afternoon I decided to get on with the Moonlit Circle.

Last year February I ended here (posted this then too):



I wasn't happy with the sky nor the hills/mountains and I decided to rigorously work on those today. And I did!
I re-did the entire sky -except for the moon itself- and added stars.
And the hills now look like hilly rocks or mountains. I couldn't get it done back then.
As it is I'm very happy with it! It's NOT done yet, mind you, the foreground and woman still need to be finished. But at least the background is now entirely done!!

I'm not even sure I'm going to stick with the colour of her dress, hihi. Opinions on that? Keep it or not?

Working on restoring an outdoor mural that is the backdrop for my Buddha table. It's where I sit with my fire pit and that's why I deliberately panted the 'windows' with silver so it reflects the orange of the flames.

Over the years esp. the aqua faded to almost white so I'm repainting it. I lost most of the great garden sections, but this is is one I want to have back to its original glory!

Yesterday I finished the aqua. Details and the silver yet to be done of course, but I'm already happy with this!




This is what it will look like again when I'm done. That is after I've also fixed the Buddha table as that looks terrible now as well. It requires a bit of woodfiller and a new layer of paint. Then it'll look as it does in the photo:

Yesterday I re-painted the silver, so the heavier work is done now :)

Been working on the whole lot outdoors almost daily unless it was too hot or the one day we had rain.

It's a helluva lot of work. I like getting it back to its former glory, but hotdangit!

Today started the outer line. I thought doing these lines and finishing touches was going to be fun. I'd forgotten how unbelievable hard it is to paint a thin straight line on brick. Which is why I can't get it done in one go, helluva lot of work to be honest!
But I do want them back as they do make it somewhat less flat.




The sun is now ready, needed to do it 3x as the paint didn't stick. I think the original one was terp based paint which was causing the problem. But now it's nice & shiny again :)



The Buddha table has gotten its first layer of white paint. Slowly but surely I'm getting there!!

And YES! Moonlight Circle is done!
Took a long time as I can't always paint, so I was very happy to finally sign it :)

Mountains & sky have been totally changed compared to what it was like, stars added too.
Altered her dress.
Today gave her a nice mop of hair and finished it off.
