Another thought. Male jews are circumcised and that's all part of it, There is an out cry about female circumcision (genital mutilation ) in the Muslim would? By the way, this is done horrifically at an early age I got circumcised at 27, worst pain I've every felt.. Ouch, the thought makes even me cringe... |

'evil' Palestines. I wish I could handle this like you baby christal Now I take that as a compliment in the -for me still- early morning The way it was intended You can't be a Jew and antisemitic though, can ya? It made and makes me smile :) The latter... would be an interesting conundrum. And poses an interesting question: Are you a Jew as long as you follow Judaism or is it a race of people? Isn't it used to be represent both? I didn't think Jewish was a race as Jews come from a lot of nationality's, reminds me of the sketch in "The life of Brian", the peoples front of Judea etc.. Oh gosh, yes, that movie and scene, haha. Having the right to a uterus, doh... I guess these days Jews are of many nationalities, but it wasn't like that originally, was it? Dark haired, larger noses, rather white/pale, which is indicative of being a race. And what about the story of them coming from elsewhere to go to the promised land, which they claimed to be Israel? Wasn't it a people, a race on the run from persecution wherever they went? If memory serves, Jews were mentioned in a book on races and where they came from. They could trace them to somewhere in Russia, but they couldn't work out further origins of these people. I'd have to look it up, been a while since I read that book, it was quite intricate. But to me this is what makes "Jews" and "Israel" so difficult. |

Although... you did it yourself, hihi. You should've gone for community beer like I did! (Water). (I didn't mean to be argumentative in my last posting btw. I'm more asking, curious, as I really find it confusing). |

Glad it was good :)
A great many slΓ‘inte mhath I guess, haha. The movie sounds interesting (read what it's about) but I'm never keen on WW1 or 2 movies... Certainly not during tourist season here, hihi. And after bumping into a mob of them in the local chip shop last night, being their usual loud and noisy and arrogant self... I'll find myself something to watch later on. My mom's coming over this afternoon :) You enjoy your binge watching and munching!! |

I put aside the religion/belief/creed/race; focus on humanity. We all have same basic needs. Have a blessed weekend all You too Des.. Thank you |

True des, we are all people until the labels are attached. Except for David dodo that is,don't think anyone really knows what he /it is I missed the Dodo. Is he Bowie? I agree, Mikey. The children enjoy playing with anyone regardless until the adults ask them to stop it. That's how they learn to differentiate the so-called labels. |

there is a distinction between being anti-Jewish and being against either the state of Israel or the policies of the Jewish state. |

So many Irish still use/speak Gaelic? I was learning Scottish Gaelic some 2 years ago, just by my lonesome self, and with help of a BBC course on it. At some point I stopped. |

Here in the north it is having a rebirth, there is a dedicated quarter with new radio station festivals and the like, in politics it is causing a stir and is a sticking point in the peace process, with Unionists reneging of an Irish language act that was brokered in talks years ago.. |
