I do not support what is happening just expressing how confusing it appears to me as an outsider ...

a population that is "largely defenceless" (but not completely defenceless) is a weak opponent in war .... What do the surrounding nations gain if Israel succeeds or fails . Is there any political , religious or economic advantage to the rest of the Middle East ???

I've read that the US government gives 4 Billion dollars a year to Israel, that's 10.5 million dollars per day, and Israel has universal healthcare and government subsidised colleges and universities for all it's citizens, it's kinda fecked up considering
