Topic: OMG! I made her feel good about herself | |

Say it isn't so!
I actually allowed her to feel good about herself. What's more, I instiganted it. Lordy be. I actually made someone I care about feel good about something that she care about without promoting my own agenda. Say it isn't so! To top it all off, I;m not looking for a benny from this. Gawd, am I losing my manliness? I should at least get some sex from it! What the hell was I thinking? |

Lol, Tom you usually do do things for people and from what I can tell for the woman you're with without expecting anything in return... so this is no surprise to me.
But... I have a feeling that isn't the point of your post It simply feels good to do so. And much better than tearing someone down... To me, that serves no purpose. |

Well done, now keep at it! A romantic relationship is all about making each other feel good. Why else would you be together?

Wow, Tom is a real man! There just aren’t many left who get it. I’m so lucky that I actually found one. Now if only we could teach the others. Grasshopper, you have much to learn from him. |

I actually made someone I care about feel good about something that she care about without promoting my own agenda. Say it isn't so! One might consider this thread as "agenda" material Tom. If more than 2 people know of your good deed, you've done it for the wrong reasons IMHO. You have a nice day brother |

If a man cares about his woman, that is what he should do. Make her feel good about herself. However, she should also feel good about herself, herself.

You have a nice day brother I've heard of that Johnny... also that a true act of kindness is one that goes unnoticed. But I have a feeling he was talking about not promoting it to her. Guess we'll know more when he comments. |

Boy oh boy! This poor woman must have a very low self-esteem and must feel so blessed that YOU are allowing her to be with you. How about eating some humble pie? |

Yes I've heard that too but I'd add: a true act of kindness is one that goes unnoticed and never goes unpunished Taking credit for NOT Promoting it to her would be one of the strangest thing I've ever heard, Tom? |

True! It does seem strange and a little arrogant... especially after seeing things from rosie's perspective... IMHO |

That’s good for our relationship. During my marriage, hubby made me feel bad every day. Nice change! |

If a man cares about his woman, that is what he should do. Make her feel good about herself. However, she should also feel good about herself, herself. Right, YOU make yourself see your beauty. When in a relationship, your partner should acknowledge your beauty, but that does no good if YOU can't see it yourself. |

Seiously, do you REALLY think I care?
This was a test to see where y'all would go with it. I know I treat women with respect. Whoopie ding. Most of you know I am not looking for anyone right now. So consider this as something other than me trying to boost my ego. Thanx for the comments. |
