Who would love to have a livin mate? Someone to just love and have something in common. Also intimate. Or is just dating more your thing ? |

Difficult to say, really.
All I originally wanted in life, was a true life mate, come what may. Never found one, though. Just a few people who wanted me to act as a sort of service provider. Never met any woman who wanted to live with me. Only women who wanted me to live with them. Big difference. |

Have done it both ways, lived with my ex for 11 years ex bf we were together 12 years and lived apart.. Then tried someone living with me 6 months later it was time for them to go..
Myself I prefer they have their house I have my house and enjoy each others company.. Would I live with someone again sure.. just saying the relationship where we lived separate worked out great. We were still together a lot..but had our own time as well.. It all depends on the two involved and what fits in their schedule~~ |

You can live alone and still have people in your life that you do things with.

I prefer dating apart from livin, unless the dating develops into a love relationship, then we can make plans to move together.

I would love to have a live in mate....soemone to share the little every day things with..
I've done alone before, years ago...didn't like it then, don't like it now.. Everyone is different...to each their own... |

I vaguely miss 'living single'.
However, it's quite an adjustment, getting use to having another person to share life with. |

All I want is to raise my kids and hopefully everything turns out OK. After that, I'll already be set in my ways and too old to change for anyone, so from this point forward, it's just me and my kids, possibly grand kids in the future, but that's it. |

As opposed to a dead one? Count me in... Yeah, the dead ones are lazy; they just lay there. Try to be romantic with one and you're charged with "abuse of a corpse". |

That's a very good question! I just got out of a nine year "it's complicated" relationship with a woman. To her our official status was always "roommates" and "friends". It was less complicated when I was married!

If I don't enjoy a man in dating, I definately don't want to live with him.
I 'm active and on the go don't need a couch potato waiting on a meal. |
