That is Cohen admitting to a federal crime. And in the filing, the prosecutors detail that Cohen acted at the direction of "Individual-1". Individual-1 is Donald Trump. So in effect, the legal briefing describes Trump as an unindicted co-conspirator. Trump ordered the commission of a felony and.....I might add.....later lie about it to the American people.
