If you lived through the Reagan years, and willing to admit it, you see what's coming. Recession. Reagan, he knew that the only way to keep us out of a recession was to raise taxes. Which he did. In the end, it didn't help. Our economy took a nosedive just in time for Bill Clinton to step in. Clintons policies pulled us out of a recession and paid off the debt and we had a surplus. Enter Bush. End of surplus.

I see the same thing coming again. It will take a Democrat to fix Trumps fu#$ up. We still have plenty of time to pick someone to fix the mess Trump is making. I'm just waiting to see who they pick. When they do, I hope they pick a middle of the road Democrat.

Come 2020 this will be the millstone around Trump's neck. This will keep him from being re-elected. 71% of the country is against Trump's border wall. It will be that 71% that ends his presidency. That's my prediction. We will see in the long run.

That will be a hard sell in court. The President would be taking power from Congress against the Constitution. Secondly, he would be going against both parties of Congress that passed this. Thirdly, the border is getting new tech, fences, and boots on the ground, so the "emergency" has already been met. I just don't see any constitutionalist, from either party, being ok with the National Emergency idea.

I don't know where you are getting your stats from but my my stats say 66% are in favor of a barrier and 21% against.As far as 2020 it's a go and the masses that will turn out in favor of Trump will be astronomical..

When I traveled to Wales, we could literally drive from Wales to England without customs, walls, or any type of barrier or check point at entry. THAT Is an open border between countries. When I travel from Nevada to Ohio, I go through several states without customs, walls or any type of barrior or check point at entry. THAT Is an open border.

at both the cross between USA and Canada, and USA an Mexico, there are CUSTOMS, walls, and check points, it is NOT an open border.

What?..So let me guess this some random check point among miles of an open border does not make it an open border..what? people are crossing illegaly over the Mexican border and the Canadian border every day..seems open to me..bvecause if it wasn't then they wouldn't be able to right..Not to mention how many of them have thousands standing at their border being pushed forward by the UN.

.oh yea that's rights some just signed up for the UN migration Pact and flooded their country with immigrants and then put the burden on the tax payers backs..and look at what has happened to those countries..it's what they have in store for us..as the caravans get larger and larger..

What would you do if you knew there was an outside source that told you they are going to send 12000 speeders down the same road at the same time..wait for them to do it and then send 12000 patrol cars to try and catch them..or would you put up a road block to prevent it..throw up some cameras and hope they catch all license plate numbers? problem with that..illegal border jumpers don't have license plates on their azz and can scatter to all points because they are not restricted to just a road..so how are you going to find them all?
