I will never agree that beautiful babies are sinners. Also many people who do read the bible here disagree with you. Go back and look at the thread from just today. |

there you go again. I told u they were not sinners.

Well it is starting to get clearer I now think maybe only Feral thinks that babies are sinless. Some say they think that but when you ask the one day question they have to go back to original sin of some sort. |

original sin is washed away with baptism. Its not dirty and you haven't done anything wrong. Its like that saying. "The sins of the father shall be visited upon the sons." Its our punishment for Adam and Eve disobeying God.

again I think it is sick that some innocent baby has to pay for a sin that someone else did. I believe that babies are not really responsible for themselves let alone others sins |

but thats life. We are always suffering for the mistakes of our families. If a mother drinks and has a baby with fetal alcohol syndrome its not nice but thats how it is. Original sin is much simpler though because it can be fixed with a simple Baptism. You are looking at it like it is some horrible thing. Its like telling some kid its sick that they had bad genes and had bad teeth yet all they have to do is get braces.

Wow little babies are not spiritual accountable til they are way older. The bible says use a sound mind and to sin one has to knowingly break one of the Ten commandments. The bible is clear on this its says without the Ten commandments we would not know sin

Yea dude I said that earlier, but we were talking about original sin.

The whole concept is so ridiculous that no God would ever create it. It had to be written by man. I created a better universe just by accident. |

wow you are full of yourself.

by the way you put your foot in your mouth. Your last statement basically says you don't believe God created the universe, but in your other post you said you live your life by the clock maker theory which states that god created the universe.

Your last statement basically says you don't believe God created the universe, but in your other post you said you live your life by the clock maker theory which states that god created the universe. If I point out your flaw in logic you are just going to feel persecuted. Even though all I would do is point out the truth. |

Unless i misinterpreted what you said I dont know what you are talking about.
"The Clockmaker hypothesis is a tenet of deism that states that some higher power, such as God, created the universe (for example, in the Big Bang) and then stepped aside after the moment of creation. According to this hypothesis, since the creation of the universe, God has not interfered with its inner workings in any manner; instead, the universe has been left to its own devices. The name of the hypothesis derives from the analogy that the universe is a clock, and God is the Clockmaker — the clockmaker does not do anything other than make the clock, wind it up, and let it run." |

Exactly but it doesn't have to be the God of the Bible. So I think the Bible was written by people and it shows in its flaws. I believe that God is bigger then that book, I think God made everything and lets it run, so the more science discovers the closer we get to the workings of God. IMHO |

Matthew 6:1 Be careful not to do your ‘acts of righteousness’ before men, to be seen by them. |
