I hate to say it but a fair amount of those killed died of stupidity ..they stayed in harms way..worst put kids or elderly in harms way. Ir driving around the flooded streets in the nighttime
Shelters were avalible to all and the offer to come pick anyone up was given It is a shame ..none the less |

last I heard, 17 are dead. The floods keep rising. The news says over and over, don't drive through water on the road, and people do.
