No, not a UA for you, a UA for where I work. It would help get rid of some people. I'm not sure what you can do for pain. I have a high tolerance. I barely use aspirin, but when I do I need to take a lot because I have a high tolerance for meds too. Sometimes I'll take a nice warm bath with Epson salt rarely. When I have a special someone a little intimate workout and stretching together helps too.

The wonderful afternoon I had! Went out, it was nice and sunny, must take advantage of these last beautiful days of the year. It was wonderful, water, dragonflies, butterflies, sun. Took my selfie-stick with me to shoot some clips and photos for my Instagram account, it was fun!
