Trying to find a comfortable position to sit... Did you try on of them big inflatable balls? Bouncy as hell, but good for your spine and balance |

I'm thinking Stu might benefit from heat and a massage
Massage would feel good,.. but only temporary.

Thank you for thinking of me, but this is beyond help other than medical.
Thinking I'm looking forward to the possibility of it working. Then we'll see what has to be done about my neck. Some more traction would be good right now. |

Thinking I need to rescue that spider

Some more traction would be good right now. The tip with the ball actually comes from my physio. She has loads of experience with back related pain, including neck and spine injuries |

I could've done with a plunger half an hour ago. I was caught out by a spider when I'd just sat down, with my jeans on my heels. On the loo. Quite the large spider barely 30 cms from my feeties. I was not amused, it is totally unfair to scare a girl when she's got her nether regions exposed.
I did get the b@st@rd though, no plunger, sneaker. After I'd pulled me knickers up, lol. Not gonna fight a spider with my pants down. |

omg roflmao

PS seems to be a good spider season It's about the 6th one I've had indoors in a week, and that's not counting the flimsy ones. One of 'em was huge. The size that requires distance when taking care of it, like with the vacuum cleaner. Don't do the big ones with a sneaker, brrr...
Shotgun would've done too, lol. Blow a freaking hole in the wall each time you see a spider, lol. |
omg roflmao That's what I was thinking, after I'd dealt with the situation, not so much when I was sat there |

I'm thinking the loo is the best place to have the shiat scared outa ya tho...

Thinking I guess I'm a little weird, I love spiders... relocated several of them today so they wouldn't get squashed.
It's those darn slimy slugs that creep me out... there were two of those things out on the porch this morning |
