This goes to show the extent of her need to stay per se, although what she did was dangerous and uncalled for, she did it to get attention; attention which is now being talked about. I understand that through a standing point (Ethics) she did something truly bad and horrific, however through the emotional side of view things (aka another way of knowing) you can see that she did it to show how immigrant parents and children who wish to get away from the horrible conditions in Mexico, for example, will do anything to get a better education. And yes I understand she “ruined it” yet there has to be admiration to the fact that her life was risked at the cost of getting attention, on a day where Liberty was given, liberty which the children and parents don’t have.

With all due respect, You contradict yourself

you state that what she did was wrong, dangerous, uncalled for, bad, horrific, ruined it for others.

When you do those kind of things that warrant those kind of words nobody cares about your " cause" or if you risked your life getting attention.

hmmmm...when you say Mexicans will do anything to get a better education, why doesn't that include doing things the legal way? You people want all this sympathy for families split apart, but nobody is saying if they had done things the right way, this would have never been an issue...this really isn't about separated families, it's about changing our laws to suit their needs... also, I don't see any devotion to their home country till they get here...if they had any feelings for home country, why leave? Why not try to change their country to make it better instead of changing ours to make it worse?

Hell, she would have sued the city if she broke a ankle while being taken down. But it would have been nice to let her sit up there for a few days and no one even bother to look at her. Let the pigeons use her for target practice.

She should be tried, pay restitution to all agencies involved in her hijinks, then deported.
