Children are normally always in adult care. Babysitter, family etc. If the family took her to the Dr for an exam and then called the police, it's probably not them. Most people don't call the police to themselves. You must be a Democrat.

years, that's true...cse studies have shown that when multiple witnesses are interviewed for the same crime, most always there's slight differces in their testimony to the police....

I must have missed the part where breaking laws was dependent on whether you were a productive member of society or not as to whether one was prosecuted for breaking the law..Well ya see your honor I know I broke the law but I want to invoke my rights of being an illegal immigrant and PRODUCTIVE member of society..to which I'm sure the judge will ask "well than why are we here,dismisses all charges on the grounds though the defendant broke the law ..he is PRODUCTIVE which negates all charges..I think I should try this the next time I get a speeding ticket..

but being productive Is in fact part of the justice system, it is part of the DISCRETION they use to determine who to prosecute and who to give deals with. it is about much more than if someone broke a law, because truth be told, 90 percent of people break at least one law daily.


and the justice system determines the severity of consequences based not only on a crime being committed, but on severity of the crime and whether the defendant has other crimes on record.
