Yea. not looking good for those at the Coast hope they take the warnings and get out while they can..
They are saying now it should hit late tonight which is even worse if after dark... Many are opting to stay... I would be running as fast as I could.. |

I just heard 3 minutes ago that it is category 4, but hasn't hit land yet.

I'm watching tv news and seeing people around Corpus Christi, TX. driving trucks with flood waters over their truck headlights.

I can't believe nobody else in the US cares about this.

I've been trying to talk all night about the hurricane. I guess nobody is interested. The fact the very few people have responded to this topic doesn't mean that nobody is interested. |

I occasionally follow some of those big storms. It's interesting. I thought other people did too.

I've been watching this hurricane track on several channels, but I'm on the WEather Channel now. They don't even know what will happen.

I read somewhere it is possible Harvey could ride the coast east, head back towards the Gulf and make landfall again possibly in Louisiana.

I occasionally follow some of those big storms. It's interesting. I thought other people did too. Yep, but in their defence I think it picked up strength at the last minute, or from what I saw it seemed too. Still I think you're right, I think I'd have gotten out of Dodge days ago. I saw that it could turn, go back out to sea, gather strength and come back to land. Unbelievable. |
