Yes, that is a fact we usually get your left overs lol year's ago we could say when you get your heavy snow we would get it maybe a week or two later, same goes for the tail end of your hurricanes although greatly diminished. I think it seems to come across quicker these days as the jet stream sits a bit lower and gives us a bit weter weather.

Tyler Perry Donates $1 Million to Hurricane Harvey Relief with a Portion Going to Joel Osteen’s Lakewood Church
Tyler Perry is making sure his donation gets into the right hands. The “Madea” creator, 47, announced Thursday on his Facebook page that he is donating $1 million to relief efforts in Texas following the destruction left by Hurricane Harvey — $250,000 of which is going to Joel Osteen‘s Lakewood Church. “I know that there’s been some controversy about Joel Osteen and him not opening the doors of the church,” Perry said. “Joel and Victoria are amazing people — there’s no way that they would lock people out of the church or not let people seek shelter.” “There were some safety concerns, and I spoke to them on the phone, and it all made perfect sense to me,” Perry continued. “So, before you just run and judge someone real quick, you need to know the whole circumstances.” more at: http://www.yahoo.com/celebrity/tyler-perry-donates-1-million-013222360.html |

Great with all the donations, personally, as the church is one of the richest organisations in the world maybe just maybe they could do more!
Just my opinion of course. Where ever it comes from it would be nice to see those in need get it! |

I feel for all the people in these high winds and floods
from Harvey ... But I am also sadden that some of our local areas ... have been forgotten ... and FEMA are concentrated on those floods and forgetting about those that lost here in our state many county's have gotten hit hard ... and all your hearing on the news are those in Harvey's way... what about our own state ... where some have lost their homes... due to this extreme flooding ... Hope they do get something to be able to start over... if need be ... I can't jump out of my state to support another ...when we have had extreme weather to with damages am to family's and their homes ... |
