Well finally home again, whew it was hot but my a/c charged up okay.

Dr was happy with my test results but he was happy because there was no negative change this time, a first in 5 years. Still have a looooong way to go before he can mark me as healthy again and he's not to keen on discussing that either.
I have a new handful of pills to take now. In addition to some of my old ones. Soon, I won't need to eat at all, I'll be full on the pills. LOL

Such a refreshing tea, thanx. Just enough lemon to put some zing in me after that long drive to the city and back.
I'm gunna scarf a few of these scones for later tonight, I gotta figure something out for dinner. I'm thinking a Hungry Man meal with beer batter chicken. Easy-peasy, no mess/no fuss.

I stopped at Big Lots and bought some Fentiman's.
I got Rose Lemonade, Danelion & Burdock and Ginger Beer



Never heard of it. The bottles it comes in are like 5ths of liquor. There's no alcohol in them but they are carbonated.

I also picked up some bavarian sauerkraut. Gunna make up a batch of honey & brown sugar in the crock pot for the ham roast I bought.

I'm glad things went well at the doctors Tom, that's really good news that you didn't have any negative changes.

I get what your saying about the pills filling you up. I remember when I worked for the rehab department in a Health Care Facility, the residents would say the same thing. I couldn't believe how many pills some of them had to take. But, it was what the doctor ordered and it was helping them to have a better quality life.

I've never heard of those sodas either. They do look like liquor bottles, lol. The Dandelion and Burdock one sounds really interesting. I've never tasted Dandelion drinks before.

I definitely have taken advantage of some of those easy peasy meals with the long work days I have. I keep forgetting about the crock pot, could always put together a nice meal in that and it would last me a few days.

Who cares about thigh gap? You ever watched that actress in "Stalker"? More gap than thigh, horrible. You look between the woman's match sticks (her excuse of legs) straight at the wrong side of her buttocks. Not a pretty sight.

Just show some well-shaped legs and breasts, works for me, and stop worrying about thigh gap.
