It's worth a try on a Crocodile Stakets ( Mince & Patties ) or Stews ...The meat is tender and taste like chicken. The locals up North ( Darwin ) have a way to prepare it. They marinate the crooks first then cook it
As for Ostrich, NOPE, not for me, it's way to hardy Not even Comercially grown farm Turkey
One can live on it, but They taste like crap

Then, lay a sponge and top up with cream/s of your choice. And again and again same ..Can be also different choice of creams between the sponges The end product is Awww, DELICIOUS
