Have been outa town.
I did stop into a local store and I found you a present for your Cafe. It was a great price and I thought I'd pick it up and give it to you. I also got a local supplier's contact info for you if it works out for you. Personally, I collect the Davinci Flavorings but this set was such a deal and you had this new Cafe so I figured it might be a nice addition. |

I make sweet biscuits for some of my homemade desserts. Is that what a scone is? A sweet biscuit? Learn something new everyday. Hey, erm, I just went to the bathroom and I heard some muffled yelling from one of the storerooms in the back. Tell Rosie she needs to feed her masseuse every once in awhile. He's getting fidgety. |

Tom, scones come in different shapes and sizes. These ones are English scones. They are similar to biscuits, some are dry with fruit mixed in. It all depends on the recipe.
How's your day going Tom? Oh, and thanks for letting me know about the masseuse, I was out front saying good night to rosie and didn't hear him. He works for both of us, but in all the excitement, I think we forgot to give him dinner. Guess I better go check on him. Edited how's your day, it's my Friday, but your Monday |

The only plan I have for any day is to not die. LOL
Well, I heard that Rosie was back there with him so I figured she would take care of his needs. Cool that you both look after him. I was a personal masseuse once and I got treated badly. Sure would have been nice to have two fine ladies looking after me. Seriously, I had no idea what a scone was? One guy on a movie watching group I attend is always screaming for scones. Since then, I have been wondering if they are as good as he lets on. Just took a sheet of Pistachio/Walnut Baklava out of the oven. I have some leftover filo dough. Gunna throw together a sheet of filo & fruit hic-cups Gunna throw together some fruit smoothies to go with it all. Be back shortly with the second batches... |

Aww thanks Tom! And wow, if you were my personal masseuse, there's no way I'd treat you badly. I'd want you to stick around so would show my appreciation.
And speaking of appreciation, I so appreciate all the yummy treats and those mixes you are bringing by. I doubt I'll have to do much baking tomorrow. Too bad you don't live closer, I bet you would enjoy a massage. I've been told I give a pretty decent one. I love Baklava! I've never had pistachio/walnut baklava, looks delicious. See you soon! |

This batch is looking pretty good so far. Rising nice and high. If it was up to me, you would not have to work unless you wanted to. |

I have a few techniques that I use randomly in my massaging.
The Bone Rub - Hot, strong massage at the muscle/bone connection that slowly smooths each muscle across its strands. Opening the fibers to allow blood to circulate. The Group Rub - Warm/Cold massage of the muscle groups in-line with the strands which awakens muscle grouping flex and release response. The Galvanic Rub - The ever so light touch that stimulates nerve endings and increases reflexology. I specialize in Hand and Foot reflexology I also do facial Reflexology Ear I also do sensual massages with or without oils. I used to give these certificates to my woman as little bad day gifts. Not using them lately so you can have them to give out. |

This batch is looking pretty good so far. Rising nice and high. If it was up to me, you would not have to work unless you wanted to. Well, I do like to work, just not necessarily full-time. It's been awhile since I've made homemade bread. It worked best when I added the yeast to water first, rather than mixing it in with the flour. You can do it both ways, but it's harder to activate the yeast when you mix it in the flour. The water needs to be just above room temperature, not too hot, not too cold. If you're having a hard time gauging the temperature, you can use a candy thermometer to find the right temperature according to the recipe. Then it's easier to tell later one when you go by touch. Hope this batch turns out better for you! |

Not using them lately so you can have them to give out. That is cool, and really interesting. I didn't know about all the different points that correlated with our body parts. Thanks for the coupons, I'll be sure to hand them out. Although, if I'm ever in your area, I'd love to cash one in for a foot massage. I've been having a lot of problems with them lately, right across the solar plexus, mostly on my left foot. |

Hope this batch turns out better for you! I go with the warm water method. My problem is I can never seem to get a constant heat. This time I put water in a large pot and the yeast/water combo in that. Kind of like a double boiler affair. And I need a better thermometer. Thanks for the advice. I will keep that in mind when I am baking and using yeast. This batch is cooling and the tea is brewing. Will know in a bit how well it turned out. Thanks for all the help. |

So warming it a bit to the same temperature or slightly warmer helps. Plus keeping it away from drafts. Sounds like you're on the right track. |
