Don't y'all ignore the subtle sociological aspects of this.

Such as:

* one reason why there might be more COMPLAINTS about men, isn't that there are more men messing up (though there might be). It's that in our culture, REAL men are not supposed to complain. We have plenty of men who are NOT "real men," so hence there are still some guys whining.

* it's considered sort of "cool" to pretend that there are a short list of well-understood and long recognized defects in males and females. This has been made more complicated since the various "liberation" efforts declared a number of them void, but most people fall back on modified versions of them.

The really funny version of "cool," is where people of both sexes, declare that what enlightenment and liberation means, is "free to be exactly as prejudiced as I wanna be."

* despite trying to change it, it's still nearly universal that males are supposed to initiate pretty much everything. Since males have to do the initiating, we will commit more mistakes, because we ARE doing most of the initiating. When you initiate 9 out of ten times, and both genders make the same number of errors per behavior, the males will make nine times as many actual errors.

Well now days I don`t see that kind of saying except in coaching or army but yes I understand your point and you are right too. Many places this kind of thinking puts unnecessary pressure on guys and hence mistakes.

Even if you try to help others, still people think the guy is wrong...being grown up means able to understand situation and make decisions but somehow all of that lands on the guys head and hence the blame..what a lame way to blame someone

almost situations makes men like that...bt he doesn't think about that instead of he loving his woman immortal.

wow now someone studied lot of biology here...well not sure about those adjectives but if you read all the post in the thread, you will surely understand the logic behind decision making by guys and delay with women

Studying this phenomena related to degrading males is important for the whole world. Some of the good points which came out here in this thread should be further explored and corrected. Reason which were pointed are

1. Showing degradation of male in movies or ads
2. Expected man to make all the decision and having so much high expectation everytime.
3. Myths like male shouldn't complain, etc
4. Nature of some women
5. Thinking process of males which gets passed on to other guys too.
