today was arms
4 sets of 15 reps 125# straight arm curls Bi-cep 4 sets of 20 reps 105# preacher bench arms Bi-cep 4 sets of 20 reps 100# individual arm Bi-cep 3 sets of 20 reps 225# tri-cep between each set i did 15-20 stomach crunches does that work tommorrow chest and back |

not sure if that works but I only have from 5:00-6:00 am to work out busy most of the rest of the day

glad i did that. nighttime run rocked. can't wait to do it again
haven't had wings in a while but it surely passed as good wintertime food now, i'll pass on a cigarette again today. and my well-being is a-ok |
