I keep a journal for all my workouts.. here was today, back wasnt feelin to good so I kept moderate:
Bent over BB Rows 140x20 230x10 320x5 390x6! HS Underhand Pulldown 2pps x 8 2pps+35 x 8 2pps+35 x 8 Cybex Row Drop Set: 210x3 190x3 170x3 150x3 Ended with 15 mins of cardio |

i have started walking.once i get used to that i will add weights.walking on nature trails doesnt feel like excercise and doesnt smell like gym socks.

if it doesn't feel like exercise, it probly isn't! such distinct characteristics no gettin around it earn the burn and like it |

also pushups plank pose fill me in on what i should be doing, mr. muscle i cannot get away from free weights i suppose |

really simple movements, you should get enough trainin from chest that you should only need a few sets for tris..
close grip bench.. my favorite cuz it really contracts the tri well are kickbacks may seem girly but they work wonders.. everynow and then i do some tri extensions(depends how i am feeling) or some french extensions.. i switch up all the time, i like my muscles to be shocked on every workout, thats the only way for them to grow let me shut up now before i start going on and no-one well understand what the hell im talkin about. |
