i have started walking.once i get used to that i will add weights.walking on nature trails doesnt feel like excercise and doesnt smell like gym socks.laugh

i only do tri's on chest day... hmmm but i guess we can train them as well.

really simple movements, you should get enough trainin from chest that you should only need a few sets for tris..

close grip bench..


my favorite cuz it really contracts the tri well are kickbacks may seem girly but they work wonders..

everynow and then i do some tri extensions(depends how i am feeling)

or some french extensions..

i switch up all the time, i like my muscles to be shocked on every workout, thats the only way for them to grow

let me shut up now before i start going on and no-one well understand what the hell im talkin about.
