I have plenty of time to workout, but I have no idea what I'm doing.
Any suggestions / routines I should work towards? |

you're lucky foxy if you've got the time
i think it's just a matter of finding what you enjoy. but you basically want to get in some flexibility training, strength and cardiovascular. i love pilates and yoga. running, martial arts type stuff, kickboxing. what about cycling, weights hmm, so many things to do, so much time |

i bent over and picked up a pencil..hey its a start..
lol, that's great for the abs
a little back on. pilates and a run. |
ok, i'm gonna have to amp this up
two workouts etc a day or somethin for at least today new gig on the horizon.. |
been runnin. yeah, good stuff
it's amazing, one day you struggle to run 2 then yer up to 5 some stand pilates ballet |
you could try trail runnin and throw in a few push-ups, sit-ups, etc. along the way for a whole body workout. you might be surprised how much harder your run can get by adding a small amount of circuit-type workout elements to it. i know i was the first time i tried it.... weight lifting directly before or after can change the nature of your run drastically due to fast/slow twitch muscle endurance/fatigue/recovery, blood sugar changes, carb. and protein intake/expenditure. it's fun to adjust all those little things and see how your body reacts differently. happy trails!
