Well, I cleaned my room.................Now that was a work out..........

last night
20 min intervals on treadmill. bench press 3X8 Rows 3X8 bit half-assed on the weights i'll admit this morn' Jog outside 20 minutes Plus i cleaned mah room! |

speaking of jogging outside
running during a windy condition against the wind must count for something? more lol |

|
|
might not seem like anything to y'all, but i started my day with 10 crunches, walking 15 minutes (yeah i count walkin in the hospital as exercise because i lengthen my stride to make sure i feel those muscles), and 5 modified push ups.........the most i've done since graduating high school.

thumbs up. push ups rock. i think it all starts with walking once you've given it up for a while, takes time but days go by quickly . every day do something i say. anyhoo, think i'm going to actually run tonight. they say you're supposed to just do it |

YAY! this is cause for celebration
i love that. it actually works the more you exercise, the better yer clothes fit, you look and feel i already asked musclehd on arms. he's rockin some serious weights i think lol. i've found power yoga, pushups and running to be great for everything. musclehead, we need a beginners/ladies outlook on arms if you can manage for a blink or two. only trying to avoid the blade |
