I quit my job once., because the boss., also the driver., was taking drugs and vodka on a daily basis. 6 months down the line I saw this guy in his van., and he nearly knocked an old couple down. I don't think he even realised they were there. What should I do about it.?

Easy to call the police department if there was nearly an accident.
It could save the life of someone you know.

Can't you call your ex-bosses' boss or anonymous flyers posted on the route. Be anonymous don't get on trouble

Make a complaint to the company head or to the police department. It can be anonymous and someone would be forced to look into the driver considering it's putting many people's lives at risk.

I don't know.

Sounds like resentment to me?

How do you know, for sure, he was high or drunk?

Have you found another job?

Report. Sure. But, don't be anonymous. Be willing to stake your reputation on it.

JMHO

I was almost sideswiped by a woman texting.

At the signal I saw a cop and told him. Even pointed out the truck.

He says okay and continues on his way.
