The article I read was about a guy supporting Z in his lawsuit against Majestic for making them change the venue of the show when Z, a man who was the object of racial prejudice and pressure, and forced to stand a public trial in which he was exonerated for his actions and found not guilty, was found to be a participant at the show. There was a statement by Z that said he didn't want to be in the spotlight the press attention placed on him, but the article was about support of him in the lawsuit against Majestic.

So either you have no clue what you are talking about, or your desire was to hijack the thread and you were caught doing so.

but, I know, its very likely ALL these accounts from those close to him are fabricated lies, and NOT LIKELY at all that his version of 'victimhood' is just once again his goto excuse

Support for Z and support of the Constitution and rule of law are not necessarily the same thing, but one does substantiate the other.

Under law, Z is innocent. He was found NOT GUILTY. We all make mistakes, but just imagine if we were not a society that forgives such errors as we might make in our individual choices.

Z was on the neighborhood watch. There had been a rash of burglaries and such in his community. A young man in a "hoodie", any young man, black, white, red, blue, purple or green, that was not known to him would cause a need to "investigate" or he would not be doing his job.

He was licensed to carry his weapon (a right protected under the Constitution), he was on patrol (a neighborhood watch person is always on patrol so to speak), He called 911 (and spoke to an operator, not an officer....who wouldn't ordinarily respond to such a call anyway. You can't even get them to come and investigate a burglary these days until long after it has been reported.... they take a statement over the phone....for insurance purposes), and the jury believed he was attacked by Martin when contact was made.... some believed from a concealed location.

So a man exercizing his Constitutional right to carry, was attacked, defended himself with a tool he was licensed to carry, in the performance of his duties, and he is somehow guilty of something? What exactly? Self defense?

The police originally refused to file charges after their initial investigation (they were there, knew of the 911 call, and all details anyone else can only assume).

Pressure caused the indictment, the trial, and yet again, after a jury trial, Z was AGAIN found innocent of any wrong doing.

So don't try to overwrite our Constitution in favor of your personal belief or opinion. Justice and law doesn't work that way. (well....maybe this POTUS thinks it does)

The entire justice system is corrupt, right up to the Top Cop Holder, but if you really had outrage over such things, you would be better serving the injustice by policing law enforcement who seem to shoot first and ask questions later (under the color of law and authority) these days, killing citizens in their own homes, wheelchairs, garages and reaching for their canes, rather than focusing on a man who has been to trial and found innocent!

Z is off because it cant be proven what LEAD to the altercation. There is a conversation preceding that is heard by both an ear witness on a phone and one of the witnesses LIVING there

and a history of Z putting his hands on others

and Treys phone was found in the grass, backing up that he was ON the phone when the altercation begun, making the person on the other end privy to the discussion before the altercation

,, Zs saving grace was they didn't put HIS slow , cowardly behind on he stand for people to question and ridicule like they did the young girl nearly TEN years his junior
