What century or decade would you choose to live in and why?
For me, it would be the 50's as I believe [my opinion} that life was much simpler and people seemed more content and happy. |

pagan times ... Let's say time of Robin Hood. Not sure what century that's supposed to be exactly?
The dresses, nature, freedom,,, sigh ... Then again, those days weren't particularly fun either, no proper healthcare, ppl dying young, religion dictating life, not even having the freedom to choose your own religion, the way women were treated, getting burnt at the stake, stoned or quartered ... I think I'm just gonna stay where I am right now. The fifties, huh ... You couldn't even watch Elvis shake his thing on telly then. Nope, I'm staying here where I can watch Elvis or anyone shake anything if I choose to. |

I'd go back and kill the snake that tempted Eve.
Then,she'd be my ho! |

Well going back in time I guess that would suggest I had some kind of powers so probably the 70's when I would have done a couple things differently if I had the wisdom I have now then.

I'd go back to 1989, when I had just turned 18 and get a night out with my Grandad, who died in 1990 from cancer. The man was one of lifes characters and a born comedian!

That sounds like it would be a fun night. Think maybe a smidge of the humor rubbed of on you. How are things going after the storms? |

1970's or 1980's.
Two words, CLASSIC ROCK! |

Pre 1840's cause that's the way we should all live.

1950"s.
1950 was the start of the fast changes that would be seen in the next 2 decades , the great depression was becoming a faint memory and families were moving out to the suburbs, kids watched howdy doody on 12 inch black and white TV sets and spent Saturday afternoons watching cartoons at Cinema matinees , times were gentler with little violence and the consumer revolution was about to start in a big way, and the man of the household became the sole breadwinner. The median family income was $3,300 a year and milk was still delivered to the doorstep. James Dean gets his break when he appears in a Pepsi Commercial. |

I would go back about four months ago and not say something, a mistake I made to someone who is still in my heart.
