hey everyone 
my dad used to say.. "if you don't have anything nice to say.. just keep quiet" so that's kinda what I've been doing.. 
nothing crazy or anything.. but I was really hurt by someone's actions in the real world, since I last posted here.. someone I've known and trusted as a dear friend and peer for WELL over a decade.. (so no one on here  ) anywho.. suffice to say it threw me for quite a loop.. and I've been kinda dumbstruck ever since.. yeah.. go figure.. it left ME speechless  regardless.. I'm just now mentally slapping myself outta it and I just wanted to let you all know I've been lurking.. but haven't felt much like posting..
that said.. probably should've posted this in I NEED A HUG thread.. cuz MAN it hurts when you're betrayed by someone you beLIEVE is looking out for your best interests.. 
upside is.. this action has forced me to rethink the current situation and pursue other options.. so instead of complaining about it.. I'm looking at the positive, to change a less than ideal situation!

 it's SATURDAY... 
the temps are quite pleasant today.. and all that snow I shoveled not 2 days ago is actually melting away slowly..  had I known that I wouldn't have put my body thru all that shoveling 
ANYwho.. got chores.. like who doesn't huh  and maybe a bit more reno's.. dependent of course.. that the body LETS me

It is so much fun trying to get use to getting up early.
Hasn't made going to sleep earlier any easier tho.. 
Hoping within the next few weeks I'll get use to it and won't have problems waking up so early.

it takes a least a few days to a week for your body to adjust to a new schedule sis.. at least that's how it is for me when I get the Euro contracts.. hang in thar ((((sis))))
and it looks like it's I'm the only one bustin me tooshie to make brunch.. but no one shows up.. live'n learn.. have a good one

Hey Zee....Everybody loves your brunch. But unfortunately for me that nasty little flu bug found me yesterday
 So I had to steer clear of the brunch  But I'm better now, any leftover pastries?

By the time I got off work it was all gone and I couldn't make it in the morn as I was running late for work.

that'll teach me to walk away before I finish a sentence..
naw.. my kids decided they'd switch weekends at the last minute and were going to come visit yesterday.. after cooking for almost 2 hrs.. I got a call saying something came up and they'd be here next weekend as they originally were supposed to.. I'll be eating breaky for the rest of the week it seems
sis.. it was all stowed in the fridge.. next time.. look there!!
jemare.. sorry you felt crappy.. but glad you're feeling better.. there's no pastries left.. but there's plenty of pancakes, sausages, home-fries and some bacon it's in the fridge
