Nice ride. Unfortunately, the new HD's really are WAY overpriced junk. But, at least you don't need to carry around as big of a box of spare bolts and a bag of oil dry like the ones in the 70's. The Triumph 650's weren't bad for their time. I have a '79 Yamy XS650 Special and people are constantly stopping me and asking if it's a Triumph.

I know how you feel Ese...I recently gave my HD to my son as I didn't feel safe riding anymore. He traded it for a HD street glide and loves it..I miss my bike...

ese go to you tube and type in- harley vs victory I think there is four segments to it , you will be really surprised Harley's are still being built with old technology
