Park it on a busy street with a "for sale" sign on it.
Put 7 grand or best offer. And be willing to haggle.

Right now in the U.S....used cars are at a premium.
Even car dealers are giving high dollars for trade ins.
The prices of quality used cars are tru the roof.
If your sellin a good used car.....now is the time to get top dollar!!

I also took your advise Mr. Motown. I put a sign in it and drove it around..which leads me to an awkward moment of being gawked at by a group of Asians. They kept staring hardcore when i was getting out of my car so finally i gave them "the look" (apparently i have the evilest eye in the history of evil eyes) anyway..i gave them the look...raised my eyebrow and did a slight lift of my shoulders in an aggressive motion. As they shuffled away i then realized that earlier in the day i had posted a FOR SALE sign on my car and i just scared away a group of potential buyers with my 'death look'

The funniest part about that is...i was just telling my man the day before how i must run a tourist over before we move. Thats my goal....not only would it fulfill a long standing fantasy but would rub me in so many right ways.

I have a sign in it...try to park it on a busy street when i can. I've posted on craigslist 9 billion times...texted friends to let me know if they have anyone interested.

The inquiries i get are sort of insulting....

"Hello, will you take $4000"

"No *****..how bout you rent a bicycle since obviously you can't afford my vehicle that I am selling below what its valued at already"

Make sure to drive at least around the block every now and then to keep the lubrications distributed and keep up on maintenance, keep it clean also.

We're moving off island so no use in trading it in Tootz..Although i ran i passed the ball and chain and he said that it wouldn't make too much sense to do it that way considering we'd have to pay an additional 2000 to ship it back to mainland...

get there, think about going to a dealer, trading your car in for a new one you can pick up on the mainland.
